Pros

Pay was decent thanks to DoS which were within the contract guidelines. Hours were short during runs and one day a week was always given off.

Cons

Triple Canopy took over contract from Blackwater and at first seemed concerned about it's employees. That didn't last but a couple months. Members had to stay on the ground for 105 days with a 35 day R&R. That's not too bad but they threaten team transfers if people don't stay longer. Not to mention four of the 35 days are spent traveling. Some guys work 150 days plus with no extra compensation so they can stay with their team. If you have an emergency, you must resign or you'll only get 10 days before you have to return no matter what the emergency is. Food was horrible as we were eating the same food as the TCN's. Doubled up in storage containers where power went out numerous times a day. We were told it cost too much to run generators even though temps reached 120+. Company also adds travel cost as part of your wages so you get taxed on it at the end of the year. This is something NOT passed onto members of upper management. If you get employed here, do NOT get health insurance. Company will charge different amounts each pay period. You're better off finding a good policy online. Too many "cons" to list but you want to stay away from TC (this company). Try smaller companies who appreciate their employees.
