Lot of legacy application are undergoing rewrite . Hotel is done , flight and platform is underway . Everyone from peer to CPTO is approachable . Any change in process is always welcome . You need to own services which you work , if anything goes wrong you supposed to fix immediately . There is push to use AI in all aspects of company . Free food vouchers for snacks . Flexible work hours and work from home on need basis . The company has been undergoing a major transformation over the past year. As with any major change, there can be differing opinions and some resistance from long-tenured employees who may find it challenging to adapt to the faster-paced culture hence spreading negativity ..trying to influence others.

Genuinely nothing major to complain about if you are someone who performs well. If you have strong software skills and deliver results, it is a stable place where you can work for years. However, the entire leadership team works 24/7, so this environment is definitely not for anyone looking for a relaxing, slow-paced, or passive environment. The culture heavily focuses on accountability—it is very much a place where you are expected to perform and deliver.

Pros? This word is not for this company. They have given ZERO appraisal this year and have also not paid any variable amount to anyone. Despite having double digit growth in business. They are fooling everyone. Whole year for every big project, CPTO gives hope saying we will take to you Vegas, we will take you to Phuket. We will give you crazy appraisal. But once it is done, They give 0 appraisal in the year end and stolen our variable payment too.
