As with any major change, there can be differing opinions and some resistance from long-tenured employees who may find it challenging to adapt to the faster-paced culture hence spreading negativity ..trying to influence others.
Cons
Genuinely nothing major to complain about if you are someone who performs well. If you have strong software skills and deliver results, it is a stable place where you can work for years. However, the entire leadership team works 24/7, so this environment is definitely not for anyone looking for a relaxing, slow-paced, or passive environment. The culture heavily focuses on accountability—it is very much a place where you are expected to perform and deliver.
Pros
We respect that every employee may have a different experience, and constructive feedback is always valuable. However, some statements in some reviews require additional context for the benefit of prospective candidates. First, the claim that the company has permanently decided on "zero appraisal" is inaccurate. The organization has transitioned its appraisal cycle to align with a revised annual review process, with appraisals scheduled from July onwards. Therefore, conclusions regarding annual compensation outcomes before the completion of the cycle may not reflect the full picture.Variable payout for last year is also in pipeline with payment in July . The past year has been challenging for the travel industry globally, with multiple external factors impacting business sentiment and planning, including geopolitical conflicts, regional disruptions, airline operational challenges, and volatility in fuel prices. Like many companies in the sector, this has resulted in a more cautious operating environment and some decisions that may not have been popular with employees. That said, the company has remained stable, profitable, and continues to invest in technology, product innovation, and long-term growth initiatives. Internal processes and employee communication can still improve, particularly around performance reviews and people policies for engineering teams. Second, regarding leadership comments, particularly those directed at the CPTO, it is important to distinguish personal opinions from facts. The CPTO has been one of the key drivers of the company's technology transformation, actively leading modernization initiatives, AI adoption programs, platform improvements, and long-term engineering investments. Team members who work closely with him can attest to the significant effort and commitment being invested in elevating the technology organization. Like any growing company, there are areas where we can improve, and management continues to work on employee experience, communication, and career growth opportunities. At the same time, it is equally important that public reviews present a fair and balanced view rather than assumptions or incomplete information. For anyone considering joining the company, we encourage speaking directly with current employees across teams, understanding the ongoing technology initiatives, growth opportunities, and culture firsthand before forming an opinion based on a single review. Every organization has challenges, but it is only fair that feedback reflects facts, context, and the complete picture.
Cons
Like many growing product companies, there are occasional process gaps and changing business priorities. The company is still evolving, and some initiatives take time to become fully structured.
