After working here your personality will only grow in a negative way, you will gain self-doubts, lose self-confidence. The founders of this company are highly selfish and practical, they don't have empathy they only know how to criticize and use sarcastic comments to insult you or make you feel self-pity. They will make lots of fake promises at the time of joining. But they don't even have proper policies for appraisals and other employee benefits. They give appraisal randomly to anyone as per their self-interest.
