Pros

You’ll learn a lot, not just Customer Service skills. You’ll also gain so much knowledge about travel, destinations, flight booking, hotel details, and different cultures. You’ll start to feel like a real Travel Expert. You might even find yourself wanting to travel again and again, because it’s so meaningful and interesting, especially when you talk with customers about their travel plans.

Cons

The salary during the probation period isn’t very high, but I received upgrades every quarter. You can also expect that the role requires you to be hardworking and responsible, so that your efforts are recognized by both customers and the company.

Nice office, gym on sight

Cons

Management is horrible. They want to make sure they pay you as low as possible while asking as much as they can. They push your responsibilities to the limit to see when you break and how much they can get out of you. If you do good, they immediately expect more and the pay is minimum wage as long as they can push it. They were also pushing everyone to be on camera for socials -- even teams not related to marketing. I received zero training and the job description didn't really match my responsibilities.
