      -off hands management -lots of flexibility, can develop how you want -competitive salary

      Cons

      -really small -no structured training programs, this is a learn by yourself environment -like any small scale startup, pivots and shift in priorities are frequent

      Easy-going, polite CEO Freedom to suggest solutions Always paid on time Polite teammates

      Cons

      There are no data-driven improvements; most decisions are made based on the owner's gut feelings. There is no clear business process between the Development team and the Design team, leading to many things being missed on both sides. It doesn’t feel like the owner is genuinely focused on growth. Poor communication with the owner/CEO.

      Cons

      Great place to get experience building products with real customer facing challenges. But after a few years you will probably need to move to get other varied experience
