Cons
Being an agent is a tremendously stressful job during working hours. Product knowledge is difficult, and the majority of Team Leader and above lack agent experience as an agent in this organisation. The client for this business is really demanding, particularly when managing three chats, but I see it as a challenge. Certain procedures in China do not correspond with the localised procedures in Malaysia.
