Pros

Team, work and life balance is great!

Cons

While I appreciate the effort put into organizing events and activities for employees, it feels odd that there is such an emphasis on spending money in these areas while salaries remain stagnant. Many of my colleagues have expressed frustration and disappointment in this regard. Additionally, there is a sense of pressure to conform to a specific standard of work that at times feels excessive and unnecessary. This can make it difficult to find joy in the work that we do, and many of us feel overworked and undervalued. Overall, I believe that this company has the potential to be a great place to work, but there are some significant improvements that could be made. It is crucial that management takes the concerns of employees seriously and works to address them. Without greater transparency and a commitment to fair compensation and reasonable work expectations, it will become increasingly challenging to attract and retain top talent.
