I love working with Trip.com and joining my team daily at the office. Everybody is very friendly and you can feel that everyone cares for each other. Very supportive management from my experience which allowed me to progress daily. The opportunities for career development have increased from the time that I was supporting as a customer service agent and I am happy to see more and more people getting promoted.
Cons
I know they are trying but still, the salary could be higher considering the workload and flexibility that I show daily. Also considering the competition the salary is not there yet for level 2.
