      Career opportunities. Lovely colleagues. Nice offices. Structured company.

      Cons

      Very strict internal policies. Different people got different pay (they get you for as cheap as they can) The 'mistake/ praise' system for agents but with no tangible benefits. Rigid structure.

      regular wfh is good, and the food is quite deliclious around company.
