      Pros

      In Ctrip you could learn a lot of industry knowledge. Because it is the bigest one in China

      Cons

      The Mnangement team was a totally uninstructed. They never plan an project based on data, but on their personal emotion. It's the most problem of this company, lack of profession and technology. Such a big company they even didn't use SAAS to track the client' data.
