      Pros

      Great students and colleagues. The students and faculty are super smart.

      Cons

      For a school with a lot of resources, they don't pay a lot. Limited career progression, you have to wait until someone dies or leaves to move up.

      Everyone is motivated and driven to produce results.

      This is a small university, it doesn’t have R1 resources entirely though quite good for where it stands.
