Trinity Surfaces has a family atmosphere. This company is dedicated to serving its employees and the communities it is in. I have always worked for corporations before where you are just a number. It is refreshing to be a part of a company who cares about its employee's. This company has given my work a higher calling. They dedicate a portion of their profits to charities that are picked by the employee's each year. They really are dedicated to living out their core values. They even take some of their employee's each year on an all-expenses paid mission trip to Guatemala.

-you are only a number, they strictly care only about sales, not you as a person at all -sexist environment .. constantly compared to male colleagues -encouraged to work all day/night/weekend - no work/life balance -no training ... sink or swim mentality -reps with seniority were allowed to claim your specs as their own -promises were never followed through on -any issues brought up were swiftly regarded as nothing of concern
