Pros

Started off well with a few positives. You will become friendly with your teammates on your sales team, but you will end up mostly complaining about upper management and your area manager stealing all the quality leads.

Cons

Company asked me to stay on knowing I was not going to be paid for 4/5 months because of their errors. My assistant district manager was stealing all the quality leads and fattening his pockets in the district manager allowed that to happen. Install times went from 60 days to roughly 150/180 days. They pay not door knockers to knock doors and they set bogus/fake appointments that they expect you to drive an hour to I wasted so much time and effort and money because Dor knockers weren’t trained properly and got paid by the sit. The company is totally backwards and upper management should be all fired. They did not do their job. There is no support.

Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback—we truly appreciate your honesty. We’re glad to hear that you were able to build strong relationships with your teammates, as a supportive peer environment is an important part of the experience we aim to create. At the same time, we are very concerned by the issues you’ve raised regarding compensation, lead distribution, communication, and overall support. The situations you’ve described—particularly around pay delays, lead quality, training, and installation timelines—are not the experience we want for our team members. We also take concerns about fairness, accountability, and ethical practices very seriously. Clear processes, proper training, and consistent leadership support are critical, and your feedback highlights areas where improvement is needed. We understand how frustrating this experience must have been, and input like yours is important in helping us identify gaps and drive meaningful change. Thank you again for sharing your perspective—it plays an important role in helping us work toward a better and more consistent experience for our teams.

Pros

There used to be more positive to working here but under the new CEO they have taken everything away from their long standing employees.

Cons

One of the biggest issues is pay. Employees who have been here for years who know the job inside and out are often making the same as (or less than) brand new hires who are just coming in with little to no experience. It’s frustrating and honestly pretty discouraging when your time, effort, and knowledge don’t seem to be valued. It also feels like the teams doing the bulk of the day-to-day work and making sure everything runs smoothly aren’t compensated fairly for the workload they carry. Raises and improvements to benefits are limited, even for those who consistently go above and beyond. At the same time, there’s a clear difference in how departments are treated. Sales teams are rewarded with trips, events, and strong financial incentives, while internal teams, who play a huge role in actually driving success for this company, don’t see the same level of recognition or pay. It creates a pretty big disconnect. What makes it harder is that the company promotes a very positive, upbeat culture, but that doesn’t always match the reality employees experience day to day. Over time, this discourages a lot of employees from wanting to remain here.
