Pros

Room for growth, supportive management team, flexible schedule. I have been given the tools to continuously succeed in my role and grow from a staff clinician to a Clinic Director.

Cons

Although the schedule is flexible, one to two long days per week is standard for most clinicians.

Pros

I started Trinity Rehab as a newer grad and since being with Trinity, I have grown into a leadership position. I learned to become a better clinician and other clinicians are willing to teach you as a new grad. There is a positive work experience as everyone gets along from clinicians to PT techs to office administrators. I started off as a staff therapist and am now overseeing my clinic as lead therapist. All in all, Trinity Rehab is a great environment for leadership opportunities and support.

Cons

Although you have a busy schedule, you are always supported by your staff.

Pros

The team culture is one of the biggest strengths. People are supportive, collaborative, and willing to help each other out across clinics. Leadership is approachable and genuinely listens, which makes it easier to speak up and feel involved. It’s a good environment for someone who wants to take initiative and grow, both clinically and professionally, rather than just come in and do the same thing every day.

Cons

Like any company, there can be times where priorities shift or processes are still being worked out, which can create some "growing pains" depending on the situation.
