Pros
The people make Trinity. It's a great environment and that keeps one motivated to head in every morning. The middle management is also wonderful, and I've consistently found all of them to be willing to listen, mentor, and help in any way they can - so long as you seek them out. I cannot speak highly enough of the sense of family and the people at this company.
Cons
The pay is severely lacking, and advancement opportunities are almost nonexistent, as is any formal training. Any position at Trinity is absolutely sink-or-swim. While the people and management make Trinity wonderful on a day-to-day basis, this is - ultimately - a job, and the pay, benefits, and vacation are far below market expectations. The company "vision and culture" ultimately comes down to a lot of lip-service that isn't backed up by the CEO.
