Pros
While I can't speak for the other offices, mine is energetic and has a great team spirit. I have a great manager and team of colleagues. I feel I'm treated fairly and valued for what I do. Some nice benefits too. Working for a well known and respected brand makes a sales person's job much easier.
Cons
Sometimes the way different departments have to work together doesn't encourage cooperation (often the opposite). I think there needs to be some work done there. Also, print is a very challenging industry to be in right now, so the future of the company (and its employees) really depends on the success of transferring print revenue into its digital products as rapidly as possible. Not much room for upward movement in the career path.
