Seemed to be a lot of drama, lack of clear communication chains, lack of consistency in procedures/expectations between the managers of the medical staff and managers of the office admin staff

The health insurance is outrageous and the pay is below a living wage. Unless you started out there 20 years ago or have a significant other that makes more money, you are going to struggle financially.
