      Nice communities for low income people and families

      Corporate management. The management of this company do nothing but go get their nails done when they should be working, bark orders at you, very unprofessional, do not care if you take a lunch however will not pay overtime. One of the Regional Managers is new and she changes her mind every 10 minutes. There is no consistency there are too many reports that are not needed. The staff is not supported, they write you up for everything before getting their facts straight. The employee turn over rate is extremely high. They will only keep you if they like you.

      Pros

      I’ve been with the company for almost 9 years, and I’m truly grateful for everything I’ve learned along the way. I’ve also had the chance to meet some amazing people who’ve made the experience even more meaningful. Over the last 3 years especially, I’ve seen such a positive change within the company. It really feels like employees are being valued and recognized more, and that makes a huge difference. Being the face of the company, it feels great to know our hard work is seen and appreciated.
