      Great company to work for. The environment is welcoming and supportive between your co-workers and property management. Also, Upper management really stands out, they take the time to introduce themselves, check in, and are always approachable and helpful, which isn’t something you see at every company.

      Cons

      Con's are pretty lighthearted - If you're someone that likes quiet days this might not be it, because there's always something happening, which actually makes the job interesting.

      Pros

      I’ve been with the company for almost 9 years, and I’m truly grateful for everything I’ve learned along the way. I’ve also had the chance to meet some amazing people who’ve made the experience even more meaningful. Over the last 3 years especially, I’ve seen such a positive change within the company. It really feels like employees are being valued and recognized more, and that makes a huge difference. Being the face of the company, it feels great to know our hard work is seen and appreciated.
