Pros

Are you fresh out of college? Never had a job? No common sense? Do you think being racist is funny? Do you enjoy stealing time from the company? Do you enjoy sharing your political views with coworkers? Are you a man? Then this is the place for you. Otherwise, run the opposite direction.

Cons

Absolutely no leadership bc they’re too busy trying to be friends with the children they’ve hired. Half the office is completely remote, due to a previous acquisition. Another portion gets a couple work from home days a week, and the rest gets none with zero rhyme or reason. An employee was also sleeping with the sales director while I was there - apparently this was the third time this has happened with this employee. Seriously, whole office is an HR nightmare.

Pros

NONE - management at this organization (Trinity Logistics specifically, not its parent company of Burris Logistics) thinks they are kings & queens of the corporate world. Typical big fish, small pond mentality, as they think that their “power” in their little corner of Delaware applies to the entire country & world. Typical favoritism, management blame due to their lack of knowledge/experience, etc.

Cons

EVERYTHING! Management is poor. The CFO is honestly a pretty terrible person (even though as a pastor, which is odd in itself for a CFO, claims to care). Management all around is terrible…they base employment & advancement in the organization built on who you know & are friends with, not what you know (this culture was poorly built by the former owners of the company, so I guess the current state is better than when they owned it. Performance expectations are high, but accountability only applies if you are not in the inner circle. Finally, they rely on drivers to generate income (since they are brokers) but they do not care about them at all…horrible organization & management!
