Pros

Employees speak very highly of each other, socialize often, and are extremely helpful and willing to give their time. Company growth is very impressive right now. People actually unplug for vacations, and work on weekends is not the norm. And very little travel required!

Cons

Hours can be unpredictable, but that's typical in consulting. Work can ebb and flow pretty sporadically. Working on expanding work in other life science industries, but still pretty focused on pharma.

Pros

Strong cross-functional collaboration across teams, with a genuine openness to feedback and iteration. There’s meaningful opportunity to shape processes, frameworks, and go-to-market materials, so your work can have real impact. You get exposure to strategic initiatives and leadership conversations beyond your immediate role. The team is made up of thoughtful, capable colleagues who care about delivering high-quality work, and there’s a consistent focus on improving and refining outputs.

Cons

With continued growth, there is an opportunity to further mature and standardize processes to drive greater consistency and efficiency at scale. Enhancing clarity around frameworks and cross-functional alignment will further strengthen execution as priorities continue to evolve.

Pros

Great people - thoughtful and extremely nice to work for and opportunity to do other roles

Cons

The pay was an absolute disgrace - discrimination was apparent on pay - lack of promotion and no recognition on work achieved to promote or bare minimum increase pay. All of the C level had been excelled out of the firm and most of the people are quitting faster than fly traps
