CEO is a micromanager and rules with an iron fist. She gives ZERO grace to allow for new assistants to familiarize themselves with procedures and CEO's style. CEO provides ZERO communication and zero feedback so you have no way of knowing what pleases her or what displeases her. CEO is harsh and abrasive, Health benefits are fair but very high deductible.
