Pros

Last conversation I had with my supervisor, Martee said "Production is more important than safety." This reflected the attitude of the plant management at plant 110. Also, they use "bullies" to manage their employees and co-workers. I notified HR of workplace violence incident and they sat on the information without doing a proper investigation. Trinity policy was, and still is, zero tolerance for workplace violence yet Lee is still working there. Also, all of the witnesses I named to the incident have been fired or reassigned to other positions. Does that sound like somewhere you would want to work? Compensatory benefits are great. Company values safety first, yet plant 110 had live electrical cords laying across the concrete in puddles of water. You also had the same supervisor who denied an employee legitimate access to the restroom. The supervisor was a black male, employee was a white male, and there was at least one black male employee who was waiting in line in the restroom and was not denied access by that same supervisor. None of this information was addressed in the final meeting. I have more but that is enoughfor now.

Cons

HR is unsatisfactory, they are discriminatory in their actions.
