Leadership is amazing. The interdisciplinary teams work well together. There is assistance from other nurses if needed. We have an admission nurse takes a huge load off of case managers. Low on-call days. Very generous PTO and holidays. Typically only have one physician to report to.

I cover a larger territory. However, this is due to me being located out side of our region and was understood upon hire.

Flexibility and support from management

Pay is not competitive, lvns travel all over and not zoned to one specific area.
