Great pay, great benefits, great PTO.
Cons
Terrible leadership, too busy to really know whats going on and be supportive. Recent restructuring cut hundreds of jobs, leaving the department too short handed while various leadership levels push for more work and set goals with no plan of action (cart before the horse). No prioritization or support from middle management. Standards are set, yet those that fall short are not held accountable. Employee of almost 14 years let go and replaced by someone with less experience and less knowledge/skill (probably because they paid them less). Leaders need a lesson on how to live into the values and mission that is preached and part of the local culture (just not part of the parent company culture).
