Good benefits that begin on day 1. Medical/Dental/Vision/401k, shift differential pay. There are other optional benefits such as pet insurance, life insurance, reduced legal fees. Offer tuition assistance after 6 most. employment
Cons
Shift work & holidays most likely required. A lot of short suspense continuing education requirements. Not consistent standards within the hospital, some units you're able to do or wear different things (nails, hair, jackets when it's cold, wearing partial scrubs) Their 401k matching is pretty dismal in comparison to other places.
