Pros
Wage scales appropriate for education and experience, LEAN operation so they are employee driven and look our for their staff very well.
Cons
Poor training in low turn over jobs, people are not willing to Network to help you out. Lots of hands in every pot hard to know who does what, jobs are so spread out through different people it doesn't make sense at times. People that should be training you are already in other jobs so you are left to fend for yourself.
