      Pros

      There are some great colleagues to work with here. The benefits are really good and competitive.

      Cons

      Leadership does not care about their employees' health and well-being. Intentionally runs their employees into the ground by staying short staffed. They are not flexible and there is no such thing as work/life balance. Lots of gas lighting by managers and teammates throw each other under the bus. There is no recognition, no growth opportunities and no career paths.

      This is going to sound like I'm being sarcastic, but the bar is so low that you could almost do nothing and they wouldn't notice.

      Cons

      You will be using tools that are so dated that you feel like you're working in the 2000s still. Efficiency is not a priority for this company. If you like doing mundane work this is a great place. Leadership rewards sycophants. If you like to be a brown noser and highlight wins that really don't mean anything, this is the company for you.
