      Room for growth, several weeks time off

      Cons

      Management is a joke! They like to promote people that are not experienced or qualified for the position, generally have someone in mind regardless and you can see a trend on who is getting promoted. Lots of younger people leave the company due to these issues pay is not as high as other companies due to not for profit
