High tolerance for underperforming staff and leaders; you may earn a 4.5% raise, but you’ll only get 2-3% regardless of performance (“because we are poor”); no bonuses (only director or above); no extras (eg gym, childcare, etc); every few years they eliminate the measly 3% 403b match (“because we are poor”); limited holidays (New Years day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, only thanksgiving day, only Christmas Day); very limited management support for career development and interns growth
