      Pros

      It's a solid job and seems like the CEO forcasts the future business climate correctly saving employees from layoffs. They offer $2000 a year tuition reimbursent. Good people overall.

      Cons

      HR pays wages in the middle of everyone else. It would be nice to get pay equal to how hard you work. 401k match is not given until end of year. Insurance keeps going up.

      Pros

      Good benifits and PTO accrued time off.

      Cons

      Micro managed and toxic work environment. The managers are always asking for you to do more then what is in your job description without and extra pay. They micromanage clock k times, lunch breaks and PTO time requested.
