      Good schedule flexibility, gives you a sense of purpose working for a NFP hospital, good work location

      Cons

      Pay is below market, PTO accrues slowly during the first year with no separate sick bank, hardly any holidays off (not even good Friday and it's a catholic organization), only 1 floating holiday given per year
