Cons
They treat you like just a number. Benefits are lacking, Management will look for any reason to fire you. You can get parking tickets for not parking in the employee parking spaces WAY in the back of the hospital. The Union protects the absolute worst peer's who should have never had a job in health care in the beginning. Unless you are a new grad and just need a job, there are better places to work. If you work in the ER, you WILL get mandated to stay after your normal shift.
