      The benefits are fairly good, but pay is comparatively low.

      Cons

      They have the “talk” down real well. Now they just need to get the “walk” down. Allot of passive- aggressive communicators makes for a hostile toxic workplace.

      PTO & benefits are good, but not out of the ordinary for other hospitals

      Cons

      Had to practically beg for a raise, while knowing that I was making at least 10% less than nurses with similar experience in same job
