Pros
1. First thing you will love is the work environment, it's great. Every one is friendly here. 2. Free Dinner which tastes really good. 3. Snacks 4. Everyone is supportive towards freshers. The Seniors help a lot. 5. Trips and parties. 6. As far as i know, the pay and incentives are good, but as a fresher i have to wait for sometime to get to those privileges. 7. Cabs for all the ladies.
Cons
1. No cabs for the males. 2. This job is not for everyone, If you can't take care of your self you should not do it as it is a night shift job. 3. It will need some time to adjust to this time schedule.
