      Pros

      Can't think of any at this time other than it's a paycheck.

      Cons

      1. Salary- no OT, no PTO 2. You will be their "female dog", they say they care because that's what you want to hear but they care about the company making money not you. 3. Terrible benefits 4. It's a buddy system advancement, it's all in who you know and how much you're willing to pucker up.

      Pros

      Busy 911 system, great experience, management and supervisors care for employees. Friendly co-workers . Top equipment and trucks. Trinity is known in the area as the best private company.

      Low pay compared to other companies in the area.

      Pros

      I really enjoyed my time at Trinity. I found management to be supportive and the company was incredible during COVID. We never ran out of N95 masks and smart policies were employed. Pay is horrible, but that is private EMS for you. The experience was great and 911 in Lowell is a great way to learn a lot.

      Pay, disrespect from some of the collaborating agencies (at times), been a lot of change at the company lately
