Terrible Experience all-round - Anonymous employee Trinity College Dublin Employee Review

Trinity College is the worst run organisation that I have been a part of, by far. The bureaucracy is unbelievable at times and it's difficult to get anything done. Too many arrogant people preventing other people from doing their work. The centralised command don't care at all about students, teaching, education or employees. They only care about making a profit and the public image. In fact, I would say that it survives as an instution off its public image and reputation alone. I would not recommend it to anyone.
