Pros
Full-time staff are friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They offered me use of their lesson plans, and watched my class when I had to run to the copy machine. The front office staff were particularly excellent at helping me navigate a new work environment.
Cons
I found out about many school policies by myself, or from my students (e.g. homework must be posted to the online portal, tests cannot be given the day after Thanksgiving Break).
