Pros
This is in a great location with high traffic volume. The shop is new and very nice but it has very limited equipment.
Cons
The downsides of a career here are that the management always has their own agenda and it's typically never going to be in your best interest. The also use a 3rd party management team that "manages" remotely. I use the word manage very loosely as it is next to impossible to manage a full time shop remotely.
