Pros
Fun work environment, great weekly pay, team nights, takes care of employees, and tons of room for advancement. This is a great company because when they say it is a management training program, they mean it. They teach you how to run a business, how to have conversations with your employees, how to do all of the back-end stuff of running a business. You have to have the right mindset because it is for hard-working people, but if you do, you will make a lot of money.
Cons
Like I said, you must have a really strong work ethic to work here. It is a very competitive company, but that is because there is a ton of room for advancement so they don't want to select the wrong people for management positions.
