Too much favouritism by the manager and head here plus so much micromanagement in BD, they check each and every thing and will shout if slightest mistake is done . Too many meetings in a week, terrible management, terrible work culture, no work from home policy, HR policies seems to be absent. Very less leaves available plus working till late is apparently normal here. Plus apparently if you take 1 leave a month then you are the one taking a "lot of leaves"
