Pros

Hybrid work and friendly co-workers

Cons

It sounds like staff working at the main campus for the undergrad school have fairly positive experiences, but working for the grad school is high stress and low salary. Upper management consists largely of alumni from the school who are constantly changing expectations and piling more responsibilities onto a small staff that is already overworked. They have created a toxic environment where there are not enough boundaries between students and staff, and those who speak up are often met with negative consequences and no change in conditions. Until the culture and structure improves, avoid working here.
