1) First-class management that's transparent and engaging with all employees at all levels. 2) Benefits are out of this world! I've worked for many large corporations including Big 4 and their benefits were mediocre. This place really stamps it when they say employees are its assets. 3) Great work/life balance on many projects 4) Interesting projects such as technical IT, system modernization, accounting, data analytics, audit readiness &remediation, just to name a few. 5) Very Low employee turnover because employees are HAPPY. They doubled in size by acquiring another small business. 7) Smart and talented pool of co-workers. Referral bonuses too :) 8) Company is balanced with prime and sub-contract projects. They will always have work if your project comes to an end. 9) Great company culture. They give bonuses, raises, not to mention online fantasy sports with $$ prizes throughout the year to have employees participate in a fun and informal setting. There is a annual firm holiday get together. Employees went to a spectacle resort for its 10 year anniversary!

Can't think of any....maybe since it's a small (but growing) company there isn't an eclectic number of projects.
