      Pros

      The work is so important, the need in the community is great. Lots of opportunities for new grads. Benefits are great.

      Cons

      Favoritism, hypocrisy, unethical practices, sr. leadership is stunted, no sense of strategy. CEO completely out of touch with our patients. Pay is unrealistic and not competitive in market.
