Organization's mission statement is practiced everyday, serving the community with education and performance. Strong Board of Directors support. Flexible schedules. Great location. Inspiring teaching staff, wide and growing range of classes and workshops. The audience response to performances is very positive and engaged. Wide variety of tasks due to small staff and wide range of activities.
Cons
No medical or other benefits. Sometimes more work than small staff is able to accomplish. Difficult to anticipate pay raises or bonuses.
