Pros
Review would probably be about 4.5 *s. People were really easy to get along with and good natured. The culture was even if people were frustrated or annoyed with each other about work, everyone still ate lunch together as friends and didn't let frustration linger. When there were employees that were bad fits or underskilled for positions or a need for supplemental resources because of workload/leave, TTSI generally took care of those issues.
Cons
There was definitely a few "friend of TTSI" employees that didn't really make sense or have adequate skills but came with the job. Some of the staff had been in the contracting business for a while and it showed in the perspectives - if they hadn't done something similar for a previous client, they didn't understand why it was necessary this time, even when it made sense for the current client. Communication about who was rolling off and on was inadequate from a planning perspective.
