Not a very diverse environment.

I felt that the structure was very professional in that there was an HR rep available for complaints, a clear chain of command, and practices in place for most problems or challenges that arise. Compensation was very fair, and they do not contact you after work hours unless it is an emergency.

The atmosphere is very homogenous; if you are a white male who loves polo shirts and drinking IPAs this might be the company for you. But if you aren't? It's very awkward. The company culture tends to be "bro-y" and they center the social events around beer/alcohol A LOT. Would not recommend if you are sober because you will have a hard time finding something to talk with these guys about during office parties.
