Great employees to work with!

Ownership is asleep at the wheel, company is going down hill due to Ownership's lack of participation. They are stuck in the stone age.

Trilar Management is a small management company that is very accommodating to your schedule. The flexibility is great, with only providing a work load you can handle.

Since the company is so small you are not met with obstacles to help push you and circumstances to challenge you in your career. This for me is personally difficult because it does not show much growth potential in the company.
