- Good job if you want to work in a lax work environment where almost no one really cares about the job

- Poorly managed - You will never have a concrete schedule (you might if you work full-time...possibly) - Don't plan on being sick or making a doctor's appointment, they throw a fit if anything related to your health comes up - Workload is inconsistent, some days will be light while other days are unbearably heavy, and you can't leave until the job is done (hence the reason you will never have a concrete schedule) - Low base pay for the amount of work the position entails, they will try to lowball you at the interview - They will inform you about changes to the work load only a day in advance and they do not care about the risks associated with that additional responsibility that you would be taking on
